CrystalCase The clear case. iPhone 18 only.

Write the line as one word with two capitals: PureCase, CrystalCase. Never “Pure Case” or “Pure case”. Halo, Alchemy Moon and Ripple are ordinary words and take a normal capital.

Say “PureCase for iPhone 17 Pro”, not “Materik iPhone case”.

Finishes are not colours

Every finish has a name and belongs to one generation. Do not carry a name across generations, and never invent one: if a name is not on this page, ask before using it.

iPhone 18, the Reef finishes

Crushed, like broken ice or shattered nacre. This pattern belongs to iPhone 18 and nowhere else.

The iPhone 18 marketing set also shows Black Pearl and White Pearl on an iPhone 18 body: those two are carried over from the 17 line, so an iPhone 18 photo is not automatically a Reef finish.

The mistake everyone makes. Blue does not mean ocean. Black with vivid blue is Black Pearl. Black with silver veining and no blue is Black Ocean. Check the photo above before writing a caption.

Halo and Alchemy Moon

The same four surfaces as iPhone 17, on a power bank and on a charger: Black Pearl, White Pearl, Black Ocean, White Sand. The swatches above apply here too.

Alchemy Moon is made in Black Pearl and White Pearl only.

  • iPhone 15: Black Pearl, Deep Blue, Jellyfish Pink, Algae Green.
  • iPhone 14: Black Mussels, White Coral.

The brand mark

In running text write Materik® on the first mention, then plain Materik. The all-capitals MATERIK with the registered mark is the logo artwork, not text, and it is never typed out. See the Logo page.
