Photography

The Asset Library groups photos by the kind of shot. Use the type that fits the placement.

Shot types

• Hero: clean, single hero image of the product, for banners and page headers.
• Lifestyle: product in a real setting or in use.
• Still Life: styled studio composition, often several pieces together.
• MagSafe: shots that show the MagSafe use of the case.
• Product: plain product shots on a white background, for listings.
• Video: short product videos.

Rules

• Use the photos as provided. Do not apply heavy filters or aggressive crops.
• Do not add text or logos on top of a hero image unless the layout calls for it.
• No photo credit is required.
